Indian Wells Country Club was built in 1955 by co-founder and actor Desi Arnez. Initially intended to be an escape for Hollywood moguls and captains of industry, Indian Wells Country Club soon saw its membership rise as more and more people discovered its rustic mountain scenery and secluded location. Since then, Indian Wells Country Club has been known as the “Fun Club of the Desert”. The Club has grown significantly from its inception 50 years ago. Indian Wells Country Club now has more to offer its Members and guests with two courses featuring 36 challenging golf holes, seven regular men’s, women’s and couples golf groups and a golf academy. In addition to the golf offerings Indian Wells Country Club has a full calendar of activities for the Membership with numerous Club within the Club activities and Member events.n Wells Country Club boasts a spacious 70,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center, men’s and ladies locker rooms, men’s grille, grille and four private dining areas for weddings, golf outings and other functions.

Indian Wells Country Club condos were built from 1965 to 1983. Many have been remodeled and range from 1,776 to 3,000 square feet with two to three bedrooms. Pools and spas are located throughout the community.
