Deepwell Ranch

Deepwell Ranch, Palm Springs CA, has a long and colorful history. Henry Person, a scientist who bought property in this area many years ago, drilled 100 feet to find water.  He hit it at 100 feet but continued to drill down to 630 feet, thus the name of Deepwell Estates. Over the years celebrities such as Tippi Hedren, William Holden, Eva Gabor and Liz Taylor have had homes in Deepwell.

Deepwell is a upscale and sought-after neighborhood located near downtown.  It offers a mix of property types and architectural styles including historic and new homes.

Deepwell is convenient to restaurants, shopping, golf and other Palm Springs attractions.

Homes range in price $1+ million and are on fee land (you own the land).  There is no HOA.
