Indian Canyons, located in south Palm Springs with views of Mt San Jacinto, is a non-gated community of homes and condos built on large lots from the 1950s to 1960s.  Formally known as Indian Canyon Country Club, the neighborhood changed its name to Indian Canyons in 2009 to reflect the new ownership of the 18 hole championship golf course.  The Club sports a Par 72 course and a superb Clubhouse and restaurant complete in its modernistic Wexler design and the Walt Disney Fountain with majestic water jets that spray more than 100 feet into the air.

Most of Indian Canyons’ mid-century and ranch styled homes with authentic Spanish tile roofs have been remodeled but still reflect its modernistic roots from architects Palmer, Krisel and Sackley. The homes are on lease land.

Homes range in price from $800,000s to $3 million. No HOA.
