PGA West Weiskopf  is one of seven premier golf course communities found at world-famous PGA West in La Quinta, CA. Weiskopf’s main gate is located on PGA Boulevard adjacent to the Tournament Clubhouse.

The Weiskopf community, developed from the late 1990s to 2006, features luxury single family homes ranging in size from approximately 2,100 to 6,200 square feet on expansive lots ranging in size up to 30,000 square feet. Most of these beautiful Weiskopf homes are on the golf course and a few offer private fenced yards.  There are a number of premium view custom homes.

The Weiskopf Course was built in 1996 as last of the private tracks at the six-course PGA  facility. It’s also the only Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course in the golf-rich Coachella Valley. The routing plays nine holes out and nine back in like a traditional Scottish links course and features two replica Swilcan Bridges from the Old Course in St. Andrews. The golf course plays a par 72 and over 7,100 yards and has wide fairways and large, receptive greens. It features four sets of tees as well as a combo set of tees playing as short as 4,359 yards.

PGA West Weiskopf homes range from $600,000s to $2 million.  HOA fees vary depending upon neighborhood.
