Mountain Gate, Palm Springs CA, is a family friendly gated community of homes built in 2004 to 2006. The homes range in size from 1300 sf to 3000 sf, and offer three to four bedrooms. Some homes have separate casitas and large yards to accommodate RVs. Homes are on fee land (you own the land).
