Vista Las Palmas, located in north Palm Springs, is above Old Las Palmas neighborhood and features mostly mid-century homes.

In the era of tract housing of the late 1950s, builder George Alexander and architect firms Palmer and Krisel, and Charles Dubois, built Mid-Century Modern homes sprinkled in the the Vista Las Palmas neighborhood that had Spanish and Ranch styled homes.

In the 50’s the Vista Las Palmas community was popular with a number of Hollywood celebrities who used their homes as their desert retreats. The Vista Las Palmas community regained popularity again in the late 1990s. Many homes have either been renovated or are in the process of being restored. Vista Las Palmas, adjacent to Old Las Palmas, continue to be featured on many local architectural tours. Today, Vista Las Palmas is a sought after community.  The homes are on fee land (you own the land).

Homes range in price from $1+ million to over $3 million.  No HOA.
